Day 1 : Hometown - Los Angeles

By a warm welcome, tour guide will pick up you at the airport after you collected your luggage. Then transfer to hotel to check in.

Day 2 : Los Angeles - Las Vegas - Richfield

Depart Los Angeles in the morning. Drive past the San Bernardino Forest and through the Mojave Desert into the state of Nevada. After lunch, your coach will go via Las Vegas then through the state of Arizona and pass Virgin River Canyon to arrive at Richfield, Utah.

Day 3 : Richfield - Arches National Park - Denver

Take a morning drive to Arches National Park, with land coverage of 73,000 acres. It is the largest place of naturally shaped mountains in the world. You will see over hundreds of unique rock formations in the park, they are the results of water and wind erosion. In the afternoon continue your journey along freeway I-70 to the state of Colorado. Overnight in Denver.

Day 4 : Denver - Cheyenne - Mt. Rushmore - Crazy Horse - Gillette

Depart in the morning, continue the journey to South Dakota, pass by Wyoming State capital Cheyenne, a famous cowboy town. Afterwards, travel to Crazy Horse Indian Memorial to take a look at the world’s largest mountain carving! Then go to the Mt. Rushmore National Monument, the world renowned sculptured faces of four formal U.S. Presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.

Day 5 : Gillette - Yellowstone National Park

Morning passing by cowboy state Wyoming, enjoy the Little Bighorn Battlefield view along the way to Yellowstone National Park. Then proceed to Yellowstone National Park via the North gate. Visit Mammoth Hot Springs to view the multi-colored lava flow from extinct volcanoes. Examine fossilized trees, and catch the Glimmer of beautiful Lake in the secluded woods. Overnight in Yellowstone.

Day 6 : Yellowstone National Park - Grand Teton National Park - Odgen

Tour of Yellowstone National Park, featuring the Yellowstone Canyon, Yellowstone waterfalls, hot spring geysers, and active volcanoes. The park is also a sanctuary for many wild animals and birds. Examine fossilized trees, and catch the glimmer of beautiful lakes in the secluded woods. Arrive at the Grand Teton National Park examine yourself the wonder of this park. Then continue to Idaho Falls that famous for its cattle farming.

Day 7 : Odgen - Salt Lake City - Las Vegas

We will visit the Hill Aerospace Museum in the morning. Afterward, head all the way south to Salt Lake City, visit Mormon Temple and State Capital. After that, proceed to Great Salt Lake Marina. Then Head to Las Vegas, “the entertainment capital of the world”. Spend a night of glitter at the gambling capital of the world. You will have a chance to see one of the many spectacular shows. Your tour guide will be pleased to help you with your arrangements.

Day 8 : Las Vegas - Lenwood Outlets - Los Angeles

Leave Las Vegas for Los Angeles with a stop at the Lenwood factory merchants’ outlet mall where you can purchase famous brands at the lowest price. You will return to Los Angeles in the evening.

Day 9 : Los Angeles - Solvang - Hearst Castle - San Francisco

In the morning we leave from Los Angeles and drive north to San Francisco, the Golden Gate City. On the way, we stop in the town of Solvang - a town that is more Danish than any other city in the country. Windmills and buildings bearing the distinctive look of the architecture of Denmark, the town is a dutiful homage. After our visit here we travel on north to San Simeon to Hearst Castle. Once the estate of the newspaper magnate William Randolph, this massive landmark was once one of the most exclusive hangouts of America’s Hollywood and political elite, with visitors flying in to the estate’s private airfield. Today the castle is a stunning museum of priceless collections of art, antiques, and gilded swimming pools. After our visit we spend the night in the Bay Area.

Day 10 : San Francisco City Tour - Modesto

On the second day of our tour, we take you to the fabulous city of San Francisco. A melting pot of thousands of different cultures, companies, and people from all walks in life, the city is a modern American wonder. On arrival we will tour the famous Golden Gate Bridge, walk long the Fisherman’s Wharf, Lombard Street, and visit San Francisco’s iconic Chinatown and Palace of Fine Art. In the afternoon we extend our city tour to Saint Mary’s Church, the Cliff House, Twin Peaks, the Castro district, San Francisco City Hall and much, much, more. All of these landmarks add to the Golden Gate city’s unique culture and history. There are many different things to explore in this hip city, and our tour gives you a chance to experience it. Continue travel to Central Valley Modesto to spend the night.

Day 11 : Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

As California’s most well-known national park, Yosemite is a haven of granite, water, and epic scenery. Within the borders of the park are mighty waterfalls, ancient trees, and huge cliffs. Deep valleys and glaciers formed the jaw-dropping landscape. 1700 square miles of the park are covered with ancient sequoia trees - each well over a thousand years old. The natural landmarks like El Captain, the Half Dome at the Tunnel viewpoint and Yosemite Falls, the tallest waterfall in America draw visitors to the park every year. We leave Los Angeles around noon, arriving in Los Angeles in the evening.

Please schedule flight to depart from Los Angeles airport (LAX) after 9:30 pm.

  1. We offer pick up service for LAX airport. Free pick up service is only available between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Any other time would incur $65 for 1st and 2nd passengers, $10 for each additional person.
  2. If you take the domestic flight, our tour guide will wait for you at the luggage claim area. If you take the international flight, our tour guide will wait for you on the curb out of the terminal.
  3. The tour ends at Los Angeles airport (LAX). Please schedule flight to depart from Los Angeles airport after 9:30 pm.

Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively. Thus, result in a lower per person price.

Maximum 4 guests in each hotel room (incl. kid and infant). Each standard hotel room comes with TWO full sizes or ONE queen size bed. Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Trip Reservation Process:

All tours are open for early booking. It is recommended that customers should book tour at least two weeks before departure date. Bus seats will be pre-assigned after payment is made based on a first come first served basis. The following flowchart summarized the booking process.




  1. After you submitting your reservation online, you will receive a Pre-Order email within a couple of hours.
  2. Within 2 business days, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your reservation of the trip. In this email, you could find the detailed boarding time and location of the trip, contact information of local service provider. Please print out this email with E-TICKET number as the boarding pass for the trip. Also, you can login to our website http://www.tripedition.com/index.php?route=account/login to check the status of your order.
  3. At the departure date, simply print out the E-TICKET if you have not already done so, and present it with your valid photo ID. Please note that this E-TICKET is the only proof of your purchase of the tour.
  4. Please make sure you have received our Final Confirmation Letter email with your E-ticket number before booking air tickets, extended hotel stays and etc., if applicable.



Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email normally within two business days. Promotional offers such as BUY 2 GET 1 FREE and BUY 2 GET 2 FREE are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. In the rare events (such as booking ONE day prior to the departure day), your reservation can not be confirmed by the service provider, a full refund will be credited back to your account.

The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start date of the week. For the detailed arrangement, please email or call the local service provider prior to departure date to re-confirm. Their contact info will be listed in your final confirmation email.

We reserve the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the hotel mentioned in the itineraries.

Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours may be combined to ensure fewer passengers operation.

We do not recommend infants younger than 2 years of age to join the tours, since our tour guides are not specially trained to provide service to these types of passengers and cannot be responsible for their well being.



Boarding Tips and Travel Documents:

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please call the tour guide or our customer service at 1-888-503-6377 ASAP to reschedule the pickup. Please note, if your arrives after the free pickup time due to delayed flight, there will be a fee charged for the picking up.

All passengers must show E-TICKET (the boarding pass) for boarding.

Passengers are held solely responsible for their own valid travel documents



Travel Insurance:

We are not responsible for any occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to purchase travel insurance. By accepting our policy, passenger should agree that we shall hold no responsibilities includes but not limited to the following unforeseeable events such as weather, accident, bus break down, sickness, theft, itinerary changes, delays or cancellation. We are strongly advising you to purchase travel insurance before departure to insure compensations for the unexpected causes above. Such travel insurance can be purchased through third party insurance suppliers.




All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers guide. For driver guide tour, the language will be limited to English/Chinese.




Frequently Asked Questions

Will the bus wait for me if I’m late?

Sorry. Tour buses will depart on time. Please be understandable this is a group tour, we have to satisfy the entire group for a smooth operation of the tour. We recommend you arrive at the departure location 15-30 minutes prior the depart time.

Is the drop-off location the same as boarding location for all Tripedition tours?

The tours usually pick-up and drop-off at the same locations unless otherwise stated in the tour Departure and Return Info page.

What happens if I forgot to bring proper travel documents on the boarding day (Passport, Green card, Visa, etc.)?

You can NOT board the bus. The tour guide shall check anyone's proper travel documents prior boarding. Bear in mind, when you can NOT board for this reason, this also triggers the reschedule fee or cancellation penalty. Please refer to the Special Notes section of your booked tour for proper travel documents.

How many pieces of baggage am I allowed to bring?

We recommend two pieces of standard sized baggage per passenger due to the load limitation of the motorcoach. If the tour is operated by 14 seats minibus, only ONE piece per passenger is allowed.

Is there a restroom on the bus?

Yes, only for motorcoach buses. However, we recommend the use of lavatory when there is a personal emergency. All our local service providers, try to maintain a clean environment on the bus, therefore, the bus will make rest stops along the way (every 2-3 hours) at highway service area. If you need to use the lavatory on the way, you may ask the tour guide to open it for your use.

What can we do if we choose not to go on the optional activities?

Optional activities are booked through the tour guide while you are on the tour. If you do not wish to participate in certain tour activities, you can hang around the tourist attraction as you like to. The tour guide will inform guests on the return time to the tour bus before he/she dismisses the group.

We are vegetarians, should I join the tour?

Definitely Yes. Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, food courts, and fast food restaurants. There should be vegetarian food for you to choose from the menus.
