Drive to Antelope Canyon this morning, pass by Glen Canyon, which holds back Lake Powell. Lake Powell is the nation's second-largest artificial lake surrounded by 96 side canyons. The view is stunning. Next is Antelope Canyon (Own Expense) - one of the Top Ten Sites in the World for Photography. Take a walk on the glass bridge – the Skywalk, or take a helicopter ride fly through the Grand Canyon! Drive to Hoover Dam next, overseeing Lake Mead! Return to Las Vegas in the afternoon and stay overnight. You may see a show tonight in World’s Capitol for Entertainment – Las Vegas!

We drive to Tanger Outlets in Barstow to enjoy some shopping. Carrying many popular brands, Tanger Outlets is one of the best locations for shopping in California. We are going to Los Angeles in the evening.

We depart from Los Angeles this morning and travel to the picturesque Monterey Peninsula. Here we stop at a world first-class golf course and resort to sightsee the amazing ocean view and multimillion-dollar mansions. Then we enjoy the scenery of the 17 Miles, which is truly breathtaking. You may also explore the newly opened Pebble Beach Visitor Center and. We arrive in Bay Area (Greater San Francisco) in the evening and stay overnight.

Day 11 : Berkeley University - San Francisco City Tour

In the morning we visit Berkeley University, one of the world’s leading research institutions and one of the top public universities in the nation. This university has benefited greatly from its close relationship to Silicon Valley in recent years and has come a long way from its humble beginnings. Now thousands of the nation’s brightest minds call this school home. From Berkeley we make our way to the Golden Gate city of San Francisco by crossing the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. During our time here we explore the city by ride the iconic San Francisco cable cars going up and down the hills, markets of Fisherman’s Wharf, the arts of the Palace of Fine Arts, the zigzags of Lombard Street and more. While in the city you have the option of taking a bay cruise and sail the local waters, getting an up close look at the Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge and the infamous Alcatraz Island and the other islands of the bay. From the ocean, you’ll be enchanted by the splendid city skyline. In the afternoon you are welcome to spend your free time at your own discretion or join us on a three-hour tour of the city. Day 12 : Los Angeles OR Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

From the city’s marvels we travel out to the natural beauty of Yosemite National Park, California’s most well-known national park. Yosemite is a towering force of water and granite, known for its mighty waterfalls, ancient trees, and huge cliffs. The bio- and geodiversified Yosemite is a region of deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient trees and its sheer granite mountains and glaciers. You’ll be in awe of the giant sequoias covering the 1700 square miles of the park. The pristine quality of the park is what draws visitors every year, but what makes these visitors stay are the natural landmarks like El Captain, the tallest waterfall in America - Yosemite Falls, the Half Dome at the Tunnel viewpoint and Glacier Point. After our tour of the park, we travel back to Los Angeles, arriving in the city by evening.

For safety purpose, in case of ice and snow in Yosemite National Park, we reserve rights to change the itinerary of the day: instead of Yosemite, we visit Solvang and Santa Barbara

Departure and Return info.:

  1. We offer complimentary pick-up service from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) Terminal 1 and 3 at 1:30 pm. Because the two facilities are not physically connected, it's important that you know which airline operates at which terminal building before coming to the airport. Please check the McCarran Airport Page for details. If you missed the service, please self-transfer to Circus Circus Casino Hotel Skyrise Tower, and meet your guide near the elevator on the second floor at 3:00 pm.
  2. At Terminal 1, our tour guide will wait for you at Level 1 near Starbucks Coffee. At Terminal 3, our tour guide will wait for you at Level 0 Gate 51.
  3. The 4300 E. Sunset Rd., Henderson NV boarding location is a buffet-style restaurant. Any arrival from noon to 2:00 pm at this boarding location will be served with a complimentary lunch buffet, then transfer to Circus Circus Casino Hotel.
  4. Maximum 4 guests in each hotel room (incl. kid and infant). Each standard hotel room comes with TWO full sizes or ONE queen size bed. Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Roll-a-ways beds are regulations of each hotel; you are responsible for paying the additional cost for roll-a-way bed. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.

Trip Reservation Process:

All tours are open for early booking. It is recommended that customers should book tour at least two weeks before departure date. Bus seats will be pre-assigned after payment is made based on a first come first served basis. The following flowchart summarized the booking process.

  1. After you submitting your reservation online, you will receive a Pre-Order email within a couple of hours.
  2. Within 2 business days, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your reservation of the trip. In this email, you could find the detailed boarding time and location of the trip, contact information of local service provider. Please print out this email with E-TICKET number as the boarding pass for the trip. Also, you can login to our website http://www.tripedition.com/index.php?route=account/login to check the status of your order.
  3. At the departure date, simply print out the E-TICKET if you have not already done so, and present it with your valid photo ID. Please note that this E-TICKET is the only proof of your purchase of the tour.
  4. Please make sure you have received our Final Confirmation Letter email with your E-ticket number before booking air tickets, extended hotel stays and etc., if applicable.

 

 

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email normally within two business days. Promotional offers such as BUY 2 GET 1 FREE and BUY 2 GET 2 FREE are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. In the rare events (such as booking ONE day prior to the departure day), your reservation can not be confirmed by the service provider, a full refund will be credited back to your account.

The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start date of the week. For the detailed arrangement, please email or call the local service provider prior to departure date to re-confirm. Their contact info will be listed in your final confirmation email.

We reserve the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the hotel mentioned in the itineraries.

Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours may be combined to ensure fewer passengers operation.

We do not recommend infants younger than 2 years of age to join the tours, since our tour guides are not specially trained to provide service to these types of passengers and cannot be responsible for their well being.

 

 


Boarding Tips and Travel Documents:

All passengers should arrive at the boarding location at LEAST 15 min. prior to the departure time.

All passengers must show E-TICKET (the boarding pass) for boarding.

Passengers are held solely responsible for their own valid travel documents.

 

 


Travel Insurance:

We are not responsible for any occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to purchase travel insurance. By accepting our policy, passenger should agree that we shall hold no responsibilities includes but not limited to the following unforeseeable events such as weather, accident, bus break down, sickness, theft, itinerary changes, delays or cancellation. We are strongly advising you to purchase travel insurance before departure to insure compensations for the unexpected causes above. Such travel insurance can be purchased through third party insurance suppliers.

 

 


Language:

All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers guide. For driver guide tour, the language will be limited to English/Chinese.

Frequently Asked Questions


Will the bus wait for me if I’m late?

Sorry. Tour buses will depart on time. Please be understandable this is a group tour, we have to satisfy the entire group for a smooth operation of the tour. We recommend you arrive at the departure location 15-30 minutes prior the depart time.


Is the drop-off location the same as boarding location for all Tripedition tours?

The tours usually pick-up and drop-off at the same locations unless otherwise stated in the tour Departure and Return Info page.


What happens if I forgot to bring proper travel documents on the boarding day (Passport, Green card, Visa, etc.)?

You can NOT board the bus. The tour guide shall check anyone's proper travel documents prior boarding. Bear in mind, when you can NOT board for this reason, this also triggers the reschedule fee or cancellation penalty. Please refer to the Special Notes section of your booked tour for proper travel documents.


How many pieces of baggage am I allowed to bring?

We recommend two pieces of standard sized baggage per passenger due to the load limitation of the motorcoach. If the tour is operated by 14 seats minibus, only ONE piece per passenger is allowed.


Is there a restroom on the bus?

Yes, only for motorcoach buses. However, we recommend the use of lavatory when there is a personal emergency. All our local service providers, try to maintain a clean environment on the bus, therefore, the bus will make rest stops along the way (every 2-3 hours) at highway service area. If you need to use the lavatory on the way, you may ask the tour guide to open it for your use.


What can we do if we choose not to go on the optional activities?

Optional activities are booked through the tour guide while you are on the tour. If you do not wish to participate in certain tour activities, you can hang around the tourist attraction as you like to. The tour guide will inform guests on the return time to the tour bus before he/she dismisses the group.


We are vegetarians, should I join the tour?

Definitely Yes. Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, food courts, and fast food restaurants. There should be vegetarian food for you to choose from the menus.
