Day 1 : One Liberty Observation Deck - ICE! National Harbor OR Tanger Outlets - National Christmas tree

Depart from New York, we are going to visit Philadelphia’s newest attraction - One Liberty Observation Deck, see Philly like ever before from 883 feet above street level, enjoy incredible views of City Hall, Delaware River, Love Park, and Philly’s other top points of interest. Next, customers can pick one from two different destinations: (1) Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center’s amazing ICE! Christmas on the Potomac Indoor Ice Festival. Enjoy more than TWO MILLION pounds of hand carved colorful ice sculptures kept at a chilly 9 degrees, experience two-story ice slides, visitor also can travel through the North Pole, sit inside Santa’s sleigh … (2) Tanger Outlets at National Harbor for your Christmas shopping; the atmosphere is pretty and joyful, lots of choice and leading brands available. Happy shopping! In the afternoon, we will continue to visit the National Christmas Tree in front of the White House south lawn. The grand illumination of the Christmas lights on the tree by the President of the United States early in the Christmas season is an annual televised event and the start of month-long festivities known as the Pageant of Peace. Nearby smaller trees and other decorations leading up to the National Christmas Tree are referred to as the Pathway to Peace.

Day 2 : Basilica of the National Shrine - Franciscan Monastery - Amish Farm - Hershey’s Chocolate World - New York

We will visit the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, which is the largest Roman Catholic Church in the US, and is one of the ten largest churches in the world. ByzantineRomanesque in style, its massive, one-of-a-kind superstructure is home to over 70 chapels and oratories that relate to the peoples, cultures and traditions. We also visit the Holy Land - Franciscan Monastery, the grounds and monastery include many replicas of the iconic sites in the Holy Land. Heading north, we visit the authentic Amish farm in Lancaster, PA, which is more than 300 years old, and is a truly an educational experience for the whole family. This 25-acre farm is dedicated to showing people about the Amish lifestyle in a fun and constructive way. After lunch in Lancaster, we will have a sweet tour of the Hershey’s Chocolate World. Follow cocoa beans on a delicious journey in this immersive chocolate making tour. See, feel, hear and smell the transformation of cocoa beans to Hershey’s famous chocolate on this fun tour. Afterward, head back to New York City.

Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.

Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively. Thus, result in a lower per person price.

Maximum 4 guests in each hotel room (incl. kid and infant). Each standard hotel room comes with TWO full sizes or ONE queen size bed. Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Roll-a-ways beds are regulations of each hotel; you are responsible for paying the additional cost for roll-a-way bed. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.

  1. Ground transportation via deluxe Air-Conditioned and Lavatory Equipped motorcoach with complimentary pick-up and drop-off at chosen location. To insure fewer passengers operation, 15 seats minibus may be substituted.
  2. Passenger insurance while on board motorcoach. Due to motorcoach insurance policy, passengers over 2 years of age must purchase ticket in order to occupy seats.

Price Excludes:

  1. All meals or drinks during the trip, but our tour escort will arrange for these.
  2. Personal room expenses such as hotel room services and meal, telephone calls, laundry services, on demand TV shows etc.
  3. Any private expenses such as airfare or any related transportation to the pick-up location, visa fee, travel document etc.
  4. Service fee for tour escort and driver: Minimum $10 per passenger per day.

Trip Reservation Process:

All tours are open for early booking. It is recommended that customers should book tour at least two weeks before departure date. Bus seats will be pre-assigned after payment is made based on a first come first served basis. The following flowchart summarized the booking process.

  1. After you submitting your reservation online, you will receive a Pre-Order email within a couple of hours.
  2. Within 2 business days, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your reservation of the trip. In this email, you could find the detailed boarding time and location of the trip, contact information of local service provider. Please print out this email with E-TICKET number as the boarding pass for the trip. Also, you can login to our website http://www.tripedition.com/index.php?route=account/login to check the status of your order.
  3. At the departure date, simply print out the E-TICKET if you have not already done so, and present it with your valid photo ID. Please note that this E-TICKET is the only proof of your purchase of the tour.
  4. Please make sure you have received our Final Confirmation Letter email with your E-ticket number before booking air tickets, extended hotel stays and etc., if applicable.

 

 

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email normally within two business days. In the rare events (such as booking ONE day prior to the departure day), your reservation can not be confirmed by the service provider, a full refund will be credited back to your account.

The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start date of the week. For the detailed arrangement, please email or call the local service provider prior to departure date to re-confirm. Their contact info will be listed in your final confirmation email.

We reserve the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the hotel mentioned in the itineraries.

Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours may be combined to ensure fewer passengers operation.

We do not recommend infants younger than 2 years of age to join the tours, since our tour guides are not specially trained to provide service to these types of passengers and cannot be responsible for their well being.

 

 


Boarding Tips and Travel Documents:

All passengers should arrive at the boarding location at LEAST 15 min. prior to the departure time.

All passengers must show E-TICKET (the boarding pass) for boarding.

Passengers are held solely responsible for their own valid travel documents

We are strongly advising you to purchase travel insurance before departure to insure compensations for the unexpected causes above.
