Customer Agreement

Please read carefully the terms and conditions of this Customer Agreement before you (the Customer) make reservation or register, or purchase tour and tour-related products listed on Tripedition.com for fully understanding your right and responsibility and Tripedition's right and responsibility. When becoming a customer or using the service of Tripedition.com, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed with the following "Terms and Conditions", and irrevocable consent to be bound by all said "Terms and Conditions", including any updates thereto. Tripedition.com has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Tripedition.com encourages you to print out a copy of this Agreement to review and bring it with you on the trip.

Customer's eligibility

You must be in age of 18 and above to reserve or purchase tours and other tour related product and service from Tripedition.com. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these "Terms and Conditions". If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing these "Terms and Conditions" for the benefit for a child under age 18, be advised that you are fully responsible for his or her use of this site, including all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may occur.

Customer Responsibility

When the customer makes the reservation on Tripedition.com, it is customer's responsibility to read all details about the trip and all fine prints associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understood the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute against any part of it after your purchase.

Trip Reservation process

After you submitting your reservation, we will send you a receipt email immediately after that.

Within 2 business days, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your reservation of the trip. In this email, you could find the detail itinerary of the trip, contact information of local service provider. Please print out this email with E-ticket number as the boarding pass for the trip.

Two or three days before the departure date of the trip, we will send you a remind email to remind you the upcoming tour trip.

At the departure date, just print out the E-ticket and present it with your valid photo ID. Please note that this E-Ticket is only the proof of your purchase of the tour. You should contact the airline or local service provider to confirm your flight arrival time and arrange the pick-up.

Information collection and security

You acknowledge that any personal information that you provide through this site will be used by Tripedition.com in accordance with Tripedition.com's Privacy Statement. Tripedition.com is the only owner of the information you provide. We will not sell or share your personal information with any third parties except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card. We also require you to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your user name and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone.

Travel Insurance

Tripedition.com strongly recommends our customers to purchase insurance on medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. Tripedition.com currently does not arrange the tour. The tour products listed on this site are arranged and operated by independent service providers. We act as an agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Tripedition.com shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that Tripedition.com will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything which is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against Tripedition.com and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.

Change of the tours

Tripedition.com and local service providers will try our best to make sure all the tours will be arranged as planned. However, for some special reasons like weather, natural disaster, riot, military activities or any uncontrollable events, the local service providers reserve the rights to change, postpone, or cancel the tours. The local service providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure date and refund your payment if there are not enough people to form a tour group.

Language used in the tour

Tours listed on Tripedition.com are escorted by professional tour guide with English or bi-lingual capability. The language that will be used during the tour is based on the majority of the participants of the tour group. It is customer's responsibility to inform Tripedition.com for what language you speak in order to arrange the tour guide that speaks your language.

Tour pricing, modification and cancellation

The price of tours listed on Tripedition.com is in the currency of United States Dollars. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price may not include tax and fees.

The fee will only occur after the confirmation email is generated. If your tour reservation can not be confirmed for any reason, you won't be charged. Any change occurs after receiving the confirmation email, an amendment fee will be charged. We encourage every customer to fully understand the cancellation policy and also consider to buy a travel insurance.

Cancellation policy

All of tours listed on Tripedition.com are arranged ahead of time. Any customer who is fail to present at the departure date will not subject to refund.

*Total price does not include discounts, promotions, or special incentives.

  • NO add-on handling fee or processing fee in addition to above cancellation penalties.
  • If your vacation package includes flight ticket, the flight ticket is NOT refundable. Your cancellation penality is total tour fare less the cost of flight ticket, then subject to the above penality percentage.
  • NO refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.
  • All cancellations must be made directly with Tripedition, NOT with the service providers.
  • No refund for NO show on the date of departure.
  • When cancelling any booking you will be confirmed via email of the total cancellation fees and amount to be refunded. If you do not receive this email from us within 3 business days, please contact us ASAP.
  • Any refunds due will be mailed by US check. If payment is made by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving of your cancellation notices.
  • Tripedition reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour/vacation package departure for any reason, including insufficient demand. If a tour/vacation package is cancelled prior to departure, Tripedition only responsibility will be to refund the full amount received for the reservation. Tripedition will try to rebook the same vacation with a different departure date, or a similar vacation. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.
  • In the rare events, such as booking ONE day prior the departure day, your reservation can not be confirmed by the service provider, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment without a fee.
  • Tripedition is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to cancellations, whether by the Customer or by Tripedition.

We will process your cancellation/refund request within 1-7 business days. Please note that we will NOT acknowledge voice mail or email cancellation.

Amendment fee

Any change(For date, schedule, participants, location, tours,etc) made after the confirmation email is generated is subject to an minimum amendment fee of $30 (Per change). This amendment fee will apply when an additional traveler needs to be added to a confirmed reservation. A new confirmation email with the new traveler will be sent within two business days. To take a traveler out from a confirmed reservation subject the cancellation policy.

This $30 is the minimum charge for change of the reservation. If the change is within 7 days before the departure date, the addition fees will apply. By paying the $30 amendment fee will not guarantee the success of the change. All changes are subject to new confirmation process.


You hereby waive any objection you may have to Tripedition.com's use of electronic records with Discover, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or banks that issued credit cards should it be necessary for Tripedition.com to respond to a chargeback. By purchasing tour products from Tripedition.com, you accept email as the form of delivery of the services provided by Tripedition.com. You are aware that no tickets will be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instructs Discover, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.

You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of services not rendered if Tripedition.com can prove that the E-Ticket was sent by email (by providing electronic proof that the E-Ticket was sent at a specific date and time as recorded by Tripedition.com's computer system. By purchasing tour products from Tripedition.com, you agree that your order information and payment information will be recorded into Tripedition.com's database. If you dispute a charge or fill a chargeback claim, all those information will be used to prove your purchase.In the event the jurisdiction action is necessary for Tripedition.com to collect money taken away by a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay Tripedition.com's legal expenses if Tripedition.com wins the lawsuit.

Disclaimer and limited liability


Travelers with Medical conditions, pregnancy or disabilities

If you have a medical condition or pregnancy and considering travel, it is your responsibility to consult with your doctor before making any reservation. You are responsible to inform us your medical conditions when you make the reservation by providing comments. We reserve the right to reject the reservation because of special medical condition. By making the reservation, you also waive the right to pursue any compensation from Tripedition.com for any consequence that caused by the traveler's medical condition or pregnancy.

Tripedition.com welcome all people, regardless of colors, gender, or physical conditions. We are trying our best to provide friendly and comfortable travel condition to all people. We are also trying to provide easy access tour products to people with special needs. However, due to the limitation of the capability of local service provider or travel facilities, not all tour products can offer special accommodations. It is your responsibility to verify with us before you making the reservation. By making the reservation, you agreed that Tripedition.com or local service providers are not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during the travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs.

Choice of the Law, Waiver and Claims

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the Tripedition.com website and service, you (the Customer) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Middlesex, Massachusetts and therefore agree to file any grievance or suit of any kind exclusively in the courts located within the Middlesex county. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Tripedition.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Tripedition.com and the product providers or between Tripedition.com and any other of its Corporate Partners. Neither the product providers nor any Corporate Partner shall have the ability to create any obligation on Tripedition.com's behalf. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tripedition.com with respect to the using Tripedition.com.
